About The Position

NortheastArc-Clinical Services is a nonprofit Medicaid/Medicare-certified home healthcare agency founded in 2003 . Our mission is to serve medically fragile pediatric and adult populations in cities and towns across Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk Counties . We are seeking a nurse for Continuous Skilled Nursing care in Medway, MA, to support an 11 y/o female with gtube, tracheostomy, ventilator, and quadriplegic CP. Looking to fill Saturdays and Sundays 9:30a-5:30p; Wed & Thurs 830a-430p to take pt. to school. We specialize in providing Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex children and adults. Our nurses work 1-on-1 with patients in their homes, schools, or community settings. Our goal is to help families navigate the complexities of their loved ones medical care, ensuring patients can stay at home and avoid hospitalization. Diverse Cases : Our cases cover a wide spectrum, from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent. Others may have tracheostomies requiring ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management needs, or diabetic maintenance. While we welcome new grads, having some clinical experience is beneficial. Our cases range from general nursing care to complex ICU-level home care, so a diverse skill set is valuable.
