About the position
An RN / LPN will focus on monitoring health status of resident care plans throughout the Care Center. Assisting our Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and the Long-Term Care neighborhoods. Candidate will assist and lead STNA staff. Ideal candidate should have good assessment skills, the ability to work effectively in a changing environment, be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Monitor health status of resident care plans
- Assist in Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and Long-Term Care neighborhoods
- Lead STNA staff
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Current RN or LPN nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board
- Minimum of one (1) year Long Term Care experience, preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and honor Resident’s Rights
- Effective communication skills with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies
- Excellent attendance and work history
