About The Position

RN/LPN Charge Nurse Full Time ~ Days Monday-Friday $5,000 Sign On Award Borderview Rehabilitation & Living Center, a progressive 63-bed healthcare facility offering a full range of skilled rehab services and long term care, has an excellent opportunity for a qualified RN/LPN to join our team. Our facility offers flexibility and employs the best employees to provide outstanding care & services to our residents. In this position you will complete admissions, discharges and provider rounds. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Charge/treatments nurse performs treatments, documentation, medication administration, assessments, & assigns nursing duties. Must have excellent clinical and communication skills and hold a valid State of Maine Nursing license.
