About The Position

The Cedars, an award-winning senior living community, is hiring a Full-Time RN or LPN for our Assisted Living program. Enjoy weekday daytime hours — no overnight shifts — in a supportive, person-centered environment.

Requirements

• Active Maine RN or LPN license
• At least 1 year of nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills and documentation knowledge
• Passion for working with older adults

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care
• Ensure compliance with Maine Nurse Practice Act and all state/federal regulations
• Oversee medication administration and clinical documentation
• Monitor resident health status and coordinate care
• Promote teamwork and a positive household culture
• Support quality improvement and resident rights
