Requirements

• RN license in the state of facility required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
• Experience with geriatric care desired.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Resident Care Director with the coordination of assessments and service plans.
• Ensure that care is delivered with the highest quality.
• Assist with all aspects of compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Supervise C.N.A staff as needed.
