Mission for Position The Long-Term Care RN will provide quality, personalized care for residents through implementing their plan of care with compassion, quality and integrity.
Requirements
- Current MN RN licensure

Responsibilities
- Supervising and providing leadership to frontline staff
- Manage day-to-day operations of the unit
- Dispense medication
- Complete treatments
- Communicate information regarding resident needs through written and verbal communication to appropriate staff members
- Observe proper infection control and safety procedures
- Respond positively to feedback (questions, suggestions, problems) from residents, guests, family members and fellow staff
