About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Lead for the Day Shift at Integrated Wellness Solutions in Visalia, CA. This full-time position involves providing high-quality patient care across various healthcare settings, utilizing expertise in medical procedures and treatments. Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in California.
• Current CPR Certification.
• BLS Certification required.
• Mid-level ICU experience preferred.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care to achieve optimum patient outcomes.
• Utilizes leadership principles to mobilize the patient care team for positive outcomes.
• Follows up on matters to ensure successful resolution.
• Assists managers/directors in assuring staff competence and contributes to performance development.
• Prepares work schedules for the department or work group.
• Conducts individual and team meetings to ensure effective communication and address team needs.
• Oversees compliance with clinic and communicable disease programs.
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
