What you can expect from this role We are seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Cancer Institute team in Twin Falls location. This RN Lead position is designed to play a pivotal role in supporting the successful integration and development of new clinical staff in Medical Oncology and Chemo Infusion. The primary focus of this role will be on leading and coordinating onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring that new nursing staff receive a comprehensive and supportive introduction to their roles, workflows, and the organizational culture. Beyond onboarding, the RN Lead will serve as a clinical expert, mentor and educational resource – identifying learning needs, facilitating training, and fostering professional growth. This position helps create a consistent, high-quality experience for new team members while promoting a culture of continuous learning and nursing excellence. Full-time: 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period) Variable days, M-F (no nights!) Certification pay available (ex. OCN) Sign-on bonus is eligible for new hires! Some travel required
