About The Position

This position is for a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange in Orange, CA. The Labor and Delivery unit is fast-paced, welcoming over 4,700 babies annually, and the team is also trained in OB Triage and Antepartum care. St. Joseph Hospital is a Magnet Designated hospital, known in Orange County as a high-risk obstetric service, attracting patients with complicated medical conditions. The team includes OB Hospitalists, Nurse Practitioners in OB Triage, dedicated OB Anesthesia, and resource nurses from Float Pool and Postpartum units. St. Joe's is the first Providence hospital to achieve Advanced Certification in Perinatal Care through The Joint Commission, recognizing its high-quality standards and exceptional care. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
• One (1) year Nursing experience.
