Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year Med/Surg experience
- Previous Labor & Delivery experience required
- Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems
- IA RN license or compact state
- BLS and ACLS are required - inhouse training available
- NRP certification required upon hire or within 6 months of hire
- 72 hours per pay period
- Day/Night 12 hour shifts
- Every 3rd weekend with rotating holidays
- The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department
