About The Position
Join Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - McKinney as a Registered Nurse and be part of something better! Our Labor and Delivery unit is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member. The patient population includes Level III Maternal and Neonatal Designation, with 10 Labor and Delivery Suites, 4 obstetrical emergency beds, 2 operating rooms, 2 PACU beds, and 5 high risk antepartum beds. We have a strong team atmosphere and culture of unity, with over 200+ deliveries per month, a Board-Certified OB Physician on-site 24/7, numerous labor support tools, and a strong focus on quality and process improvement. We actively participate in the Texas AIM Plus initiative and focus on individual career and future goals, with a strong unit nursing certification rate.
