About The Position

Join Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - Irving as a Registered Nurse and be part of something better! Labor and Delivery 1 Night shifts per week - 7p-7a Must have 2+ years L&D experience. Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery, preferably at a level III or higher.
• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• RN - Registered Nurse license.
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification (required within 30 days of hire).
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (required within 30 days of hire).
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification (required within 30 days of hire).
• AWHONN intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification (required within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide care for OB patients >20 weeks gestation.
• Manage patient ratios of 1:2 (L&D) and 1:2-3 (OB Triage).
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, positive teamwork environment.
• Communicate effectively and be accountable and flexible in patient care.
• Support a culture of safety.
