Position Highlights: Position: Registered Nurse, Interventional Radiology Location: Arlington Heights Hours: Day Shift, M-F (4 days per week, 7 am start) On-Call responsibility, must be able to report to NCH in Arlington Heights within 30 minutes What you will do: Provide nursing care for Interventional Radiology patients Administer IV conscious sedation and medications under physician direction Monitor patient status during procedures and respond to emergencies, including contrast reactions Start IVs, manage central lines, and perform dressing changes Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and care teams to ensure safe, efficient procedures Coordinate and support daily procedure scheduling and patient flow within the IR lab Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and follow-up care Document all care and procedures accurately in Epic Support quality and safety initiatives, including inventory and equipment readiness Precept and mentor new staff and assist with training of team members About Endeavor Health Endeavor Health is a fully integrated healthcare delivery system committed to providing access to quality, vibrant, community-connected care, serving an area of more than 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties.
