About The Position

Position Summary: The incumbent is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a patient assignment through therapeutic use of self the nursing process and other health care team members. The incumbent as a member of the health care team appropriately assists team members in providing holistic care to patients and their support systems with an awareness of cost containment and time management. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Assists the imaging team in the provision of all imaging services, including patient preparation, sedation, monitoring and recovery

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess recent experience in IR/Cath Lab procedures, along with 1-3 years of Critical Care experience.
  • Registered Nurse: CA
  • Basic Life Support - CPR
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Of Science BSN preferred
  • Merge Hemodynamic experiencepreferred

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes the nursing process for the planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care
  • Multi-tasks, organizes, and prioritizes patient care utilizing an efficient, concise and goal outcome process
  • Performs case preparation and intra-operative case execution for department needs
  • Performs documentation on unit and patient records that is timely, accurate and concise
  • Initiates and investigates needed repairs, missing equipment, supplies and other pertinent areas and follows through to ensure resolution
