About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) position is a full-time role located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA. The RN will report to the Director and/or designated supervisors and charge nurse. Responsibilities include assessments, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation of pediatric patients. Additional accountabilities include counseling and education for patients and families. The overall responsibility is for the nursing care of patients and for maintaining standards of nursing practice and optimal outcomes, including the supervision of all categories of nursing personnel. Corona Regional Medical Center has a rich history dating back to 1965 and has evolved to meet the needs of the growing community, now operating as a 238-bed community hospital network.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• ACLS certification through the AHA.
• PALS certification through the AHA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation of pediatric patients.
• Provide counseling and education for patients and families.
• Supervise all categories of nursing personnel.
• Maintain standards of nursing practice and optimal outcomes.
