About The Position
Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Plano is seeking a dedicated nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This position offers an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility that fosters a dynamic learning environment, mentoring, and support for each team member. The ICU specializes in adult mixed medical/surgical care with a heavy neurological component, featuring a patient ratio of 1:2 and 32 beds. Our department is a Comprehensive Stroke Center, providing a wide range of interventions and unique services such as microvascular recovery for breast cancer reconstruction patients.
