Euclid Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) specializes in the care of adult to mature adult patients with major medical, cardiac and surgical diagnoses. The ICU strives to provide excellent care in an atmosphere that is caring and comforting not only for patients, but also families, loved ones and caregivers. As an RN on this team, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care by interacting directly with patients, families, and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare information as needed. A caregiver in this position works nights from 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. with every other weekend and holiday rotation requirements.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
One year of current acute care RN experience OR military RN experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross must be presented upon hire or within first year of employment
