RN Inpatient - New Grad Now Hiring December 2025 New Graduate Nurses Openings in Cardiac Stepdown, Neuro/Oncology, Surg Ortho and Medical Inpatient departments Full or Part Time, Days or Night shifts New Grad starting pay is $32.73/hr Shift differential 3p-11pm is $5/hr and 11p-7am is $7.50/hr $2,000/month stipend for 6 months prior to licensure $20K Sign on bonus for Full Time FTE (0.8 or higher) Why is Med/Surg a valuable start for new grads?
