The RN/LPN Staff Nurse will be part of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Interdisciplinary team, and provide high-quality, evidenced based, patient centered care while enjoying a 1:6 nurse/patient ratio. Work closely with the Medical Director, Hospitalist and therapy team, the ideal candidate will display exceptional clinical skills while providing compassionate patient care, promote teamwork and accountability, and model a commitment to HCA's mission/vision/values of "Above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life." Offer 24-hour inpatient therapeutic care to patients recovering from several types of conditions and injuries, including amputation, spinal cord injuries and multiple sclerosis. Requirements

Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program (required)
Current licensure as an RN in the state of Virginia or current multi-state compact RN license with eligibility to practice in VA is required.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider (required)

Nice To Haves

BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing (preferred)
