The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Broadway 2E ICU is an 18-bed critical care unit specializing in the management of life-threatening illnesses such as sepsis, respiratory failure, organ failure, and complex post-surgical cases, with a strong emphasis on oncologic surgical patients. Nurses gain valuable experience caring for bone marrow and kidney transplant patients while advancing their skills in technology-driven care, evolving treatments, and rapid clinical decision-making in collaboration with an expert multidisciplinary team.
