About The Position

Our RN Injectors play a key role in delivering exceptional aesthetic results through both injectable and non-injectable treatments while providing an elevated, relationship-driven client experience. This blended role allows you to build a thriving aesthetics program that creates long-term client transformation. The RN Injector – Aesthetics is responsible for performing all injectable procedures, all non-injectable skin-health services, and IV/IM therapy. This role requires a strong aesthetic eye, comfort with facial anatomy, a passion for skin health, and a commitment to continuous learning. You will guide clients through full-face aesthetic planning, facial balancing, and comprehensive treatment pathways that combine injectables, HydraFacial, chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and wellness services. This is the ideal position for an RN who loves aesthetics and wants to help build a high-performance aesthetic division within the center.

Requirements

Active RN license in good standing.
Experience in aesthetic injectables (neuromodulators and fillers) preferred.
Experience in HydraFacial, chemical peels, microneedling, or willingness to be trained.
Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.
Exceptional communication and client-care skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
