Requirements

• Associate's degree in nursing (ASN) or related healthcare field; bachelor's degree preferred
• Current and active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in infusion therapy or a related field, with at least 2 years in management or leadership role (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of infusion services, pharmacy partnerships, and healthcare operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Strategic thinking with a growth-orientated mindset
• Ability to manage financial performance and ensure profitability
• Expertise in building a maintaining professional relationships
• Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening
