About The Position
Abbott Northwestern General Medicine Associates (ANGMA) is a primary care group with four clinic locations. The Minneapolis site is notable for being the main practice location for Internal Medicine residents and housing the ANGMA Infectious Disease group, which handles new referrals and follow-up care in an outpatient setting. Nursing is the diagnosis and treatment of human response to actual or potential health problems. This includes establishing an intentional therapeutic relationship between a registered nurse and a patient and family. As a leader and the integrator of care, the professional nurse has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for planning, coordinating and evaluating the patient's care needs. Focuses on patients receiving care in a specialized outpatient care setting, playing a critical role in coordination and delegation of care. Individuals in this role will work in an outpatient clinic setting.
