seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our Infection Prevention & Staff
Development efforts with confidence, precision, and energy.

Requirements

• Active RN license (required)
• Strong knowledge of infection control, surveillance, and regulatory compliance
• Confident educator with the ability to engage, coach, and hold teams accountable
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive leader
• Passion for safety, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the facility's Infection Prevention Program in alignment with CDC, CMS, and state regulations
• Monitor, track, trend, and report infection data with accuracy and urgency
• Conduct audits, investigations, and corrective action plans to ensure regulatory readiness
• Educate, train, and competency-test staff to support best clinical practices
• Serve as a clinical resource and compliance champion across all departments
