Our Intermediate Care Unit is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our Intermediate Care Unit leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member. The unit is fast paced and is the largest single unit at All Saints. We are the designated cardiac and stroke acute care unit and offer exposure to a variety of different patient populations and disease processes. Flexible preferred shift-scheduling is available.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
• RN - Registered Nurse License/Certification
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification (required within 30 days of hire)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a high-acuity nursing environment
• Certification in specialty areas such as Cardiac or Stroke care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
