About The Position

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain responsibility for nursing services in the Specialty Services Center.
• Educate clients on FDA approved birth control methods, including emergency contraception.
• Dispense all FDA approved birth control methods per Clinician or MD orders.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all medications used, including oral and intra-muscular medications and controlled substances as directed by Physician or mid-level Clinician.
• Participate in health center efforts to achieve established goals.
• Perform moderate complexity lab tests, venipuncture, and give injections.
