About The Position

Be Part of Our New Hospital Unit – Zayed 2 Bridge Unit We are excited to announce the launch of a new unit, the Zayed 2 Bridge Unit (ZBU) , designed to expand our care capabilities and meet the evolving needs of our patients. The ZBU will be a short stay observation unit with patient populations from Neuro, Surgery, Cardiology, and Medicine and housed within the prep and recovery areas within Endoscopy on Zayed 2. At full capacity, the ZBU will admit 8 patients, and nurse patient ratio will be no more than 4 patients. The ZBU is being created to help improve bed capacity and help get patients more timely to the care that they need leading to more positive outcomes. This unit opened in October 2025. As we begin to build our permanent staffing team, we are looking for innovative and patient centered team members to help us begin a strong clinical foundation. Requirements

Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. If you do not have a BSN or MSN degree, there is aa requirement to complete the degree within a specific timeframe defined by the Dept. of Nursing
Minimum of 1-year recent RN acute care Med & Neuro experience
Active BLS via AHA, American Red Cross or Military Training Network at time of hire
Active Maryland RN or Compact License at time of hire
