This is a Full Time, 12 Hour Night Shift, a position benefits eligible, located at Scripps Mercy San Diego campus. This position is eligible for New Hire and Relocation Incentives up to $7K . As a critical-care nurse working at Scripps Health Mercy San Diego, you’ll join a team of skilled medical professionals who provide superior health services in a caring environment. The Scripps Health team is dedicated to making a positive, measurable difference in the health of individuals in the communities we serve. Our critical-care nurses gain exposure to high acuity cases in medical, surgical, medical-cardiac, cardiothoracic-surgical, respiratory, neuro-trauma and trauma. Our RN team provides direct patient care within the scope of his/her practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Requirements

Registered Nursing Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing
At least one year Adult ICU RN experience
Current CA State RN license
American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification
Have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate positive behaviors
Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English

Nice To Haves

At least one year of ICU RN experience in a Level I Trauma Hospital
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Responsibilities
