Marymount Hospital's Intensive Care Unit (ICU) consists of 28 beds in two connected 14-bed pods and was designed for high acuity patients who need critical care and are being treated for serious medical conditions. Some of the most common procedures in this unit include bronchoscopy, endoscopy, emergent intubation, central line placement, continuous renal replacement therapy, pronation, and therapeutic hypothermia. A caregiver in this position works 7:00am-7:30pm or 7:00pm-7:30am.
