About The Position

You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of critically ill patients. You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results. You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders.

Requirements

• MUST have at least 1 year of ICU experience working in an acute care setting
• On-site Interviews for this role are required
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Registered Nurse Diploma, ASN required
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
• American Heart Association ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required within 6 months of hire
• Current NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification required within 6 months of hire

Nice To Haves

• Would consider experience working in MICU/SICU/CSU
• BSN preferred
