The RN House Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating patient care activities and nurse staffing to ensure quality care is provided to the patients/families. Responsible for the administration and supervision of all clinical departments in the absence of in-house hospital administrative personnel. Accountable for independently applying the problem-solving process in coordinating patient services. Serves as a clinical role model and resource person for staff. Serves as a partner with the department leaders to assist in the process of staff development.
