Requirements

A minimum of one (1) year experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
Previous supervisor experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred
Currently licensed to practice by the Utah State Board of Nursing.
Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications.
CPR certification required.
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
21 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

The House Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing a team of nurses and other staff in their duties of patient care.
The House Supervisor will deal with patient care issues, staffing and handling administrative responsibilities for the Hospital as needed.
The House Supervisor will ensure a coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives.
