About The Position

The RN-House Supervisor is a critical role within the Conway Regional Health System, responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring effective patient care during assigned shifts. This position requires strong middle management skills and the ability to coordinate personnel across various departments, implement safety measures, and facilitate communication among healthcare teams, patients, and families. The RN also assumes administrative responsibilities in the absence of higher management.

Requirements

• Current Arkansas licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Three years of nursing experience.
• Minimum of two years proven management experience preferred.
• Successful completion of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) course preferred.
• Ability to lift weights of 50 pounds or more.
• Requires full range of body motion including standing and walking.
• Corrected vision and hearing in normal range.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cope with stress and work around frequent interruptions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a healthcare management role.
• Certification in additional nursing specialties.

Responsibilities
