About The Position
Homewood at Plum Creek is seeking a dedicated RN to provide monitoring and supervision of all functions necessary to promote quality care to all residents on the shift. The position involves working closely with attending physicians, overseeing nursing staff, and ensuring proper care and communication with residents and their families. The RN will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality, compliance with policies, and documentation of resident care.
