Make a Difference The RN House Supervisor will demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, and performance, the Nurse Practice Act and the mission and goals of the organization. You will demonstrate leadership skills in the processes of staffing, patient placement, and operational problem solving. Your major objective in this role is to assure the management of the resources, monitor compliance with policies and regulatory statutes, and manage relationships and care to established targets and anticipated outcomes. You will provide delegation, supervision, and direction to licensed and non-licensed personnel throughout the Behavioral Health Pavilion.

Requirements

  • Bachelors of Nursing degree required from National League for Nursing, Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education accredited school of nursing required.
  • Two (2) years as an RN with related acute care experience and decision making.
  • Current RN license with the Health Professions Bureau in Indiana.
  • ACLS required.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in relevant specialty or nursing administration preferred.
