About The Position

General job duties. Types of procedures required. Take care of patient 0-18. Blended unit and take all diagnosis. Medical, ortho, surgical, oncology, minimal PICU and rehab patients. Procedure: spinal taps, bone marrows, I&D wounds, complex dressing changes and wound care, transfusions, IVs, and NG’s. Assist physician with other procedures. possible adult overflow. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. EPIC, AcuDose Medication System

Requirements

• 2 years experience
• ND or compact state RN license
• PALS and BLS- must be AHA
• 12 hour shifts, everyother weekend and holidays
• Navy scrubs or navy bottoms with a child friendly scrub top

Nice To Haves

• PICU experience
