About The Position

General job duties. Types of procedures required. Care of 3-4 PCU level patients with ability to perform usual care involved with caring for a patient, delegation to PCA, trach care, ventilator monitoring. Will care for patients through discharge. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) Omnicell, Sorian/Cerner, Baxter IV Pumps

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience preferred
• Need to be able to work with ventilators, tracheotomy, and non titrated drips
• Med/Surg float experience
• Bedside tele experience required
• BLS
• ACLS

Responsibilities

• Care of 3-4 PCU level patients
