About The Position
54 Cardiovascular Telemetry Unit. Ratio on days 1:4 or 1:5 and on nights 1:5 or 1:6. Patient population includes CP r/o MI, CHF, arrhythmias, post CABG, post cardiac catheterization with stents or angioplasty, pacemakers, etc. Occasionally also take neuro overflow to include acute stoke patients. NIHSS scale certification is necessary in addition to ACLS. We also staff with C.N.A’s on days and nights. We have a designated charge nurse that helps as a resource on the unit. Team oriented environment. 2 years exp required
