About The Position
ICU is 2:1; sometimes 3:1 ratio. 48 beds in the entire unit. Due to the complexity and intensity of the patients that they care for
Requirements
- Active AL lic
- 2 yoe min required
- 2 Refs required
Responsibilities
- Nurse must monitor the vital signs to ensure that the patient is healthy.
- Administer medications
- Monitor reactions
- Educate patients and families on health and treatment
- Document current progress
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals involved
- Assist in planning further care and the discharge process
