About The Position

General job duties. Types of procedures required. Care of the L&D patient and nursing care during delivery. This includes high risk patients. Postpartum mom and baby care. Gyn surgical postop care. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) Fetal monitors, suction, oxygen, vital signs monitors, OBIX documentation and centralized monitoring for L&D, EPIC for gyns.

Requirements

• L&D, M/B, gyn care
• fetal monitoring
• 3 years L&D
• BLS, NRP, ACLS (STABLE preferred)
• 12 hour nights with some days
• Weekends required
