About The Position

The RN position in the Hospital Cardiac Cath Lab at Janesville Hospital and Trauma Center involves providing compassionate, culturally sensitive, holistic nursing care to patients in a clinical setting. This role supports the Mercyhealth nursing mission, practice values, and strategic plan. The position may require variable shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call hours. Additional duties may include floating to various units based on identified needs and clinical competency.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN or upon hire BSN completion agreement for enrollment in an accredited BSN Completion Program, or ADN with Professional Nursing Certification or ADN/Diploma.
• 3 years of RN experience required.
• Licensed as an RN in state of practice.
• Approved CPR certification required within 90 days.
• 20 hours of continued education.
