About The Position

Requirements

• Three years of inpatient RN experience.
• Experience working in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a home setting.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients' conditions effectively.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders accurately.
• Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs to ensure smooth transitions.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management.
