This position is a visit nurse role responsible for visiting patients in Allen counties and surrounding areas. The role requires hospice experience and offers a sign-on bonus and weekend incentive.
Visit patients in Allen counties and surrounding counties.
Provide nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
Assist patients with daily living activities as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requires a Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN.
Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required.
CPR certification.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and assist with 100 pounds.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Additional certifications may be required for specified areas.
