About The Position

Heart 2 Heart Hospice Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated experienced hospice nurse to join our hospice team. The Hospice Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of hospice patients, providing quality end-of-life care to ensure comfort and dignity during their final stages. This role offers a unique work environment with flexible schedule options and the ability to spend more one-on-one time with patients.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Must be licensed in the State of Oregon as a Registered Nurse.
• One year of RN experience required, with hospice experience preferred.
• Must have excellent assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Nice To Haves

• BLS Certification preferred.
