Responsibilities
- Manage high quality and clinical excellent care within your location to assure a best-in-class patient and family experience
- Support of recruiting and training for office and field clinical team
- Help build goals, objectives and action plans for the team members and location
- Collaborate with Clinical Leadership, Sales, Operations, Accounting to optimize location performance across all metrics consistent with continual improvement
- Work with leadership team to establish budget target for the location
- Manage all direct care costs within target % of Net Patient Revenue goals
- Adheres to all regulatory requirements and professional standards
- Follows policies consistent with recognized standards of professional practice
- Participates in optimizing clinical software (EMR and other supporting clinical software)
- Identifies system problems or inefficiencies that may negatively affect patient care
