About The Position

We’re seeking an RN Hospice Clinical Director to provide overall leadership for hospice clinical services.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state.
• 1+ year hospice clinical management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and community/customer skills; knowledge of business management/regulations/CHAP standards.
• Flexible with working hours.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred (or equivalent leadership experience).

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct/indirect clinical services, clinical teams, case managers, and clinical supervisors.
• Drive quality assurance/performance improvement, clinical record integrity, and regulatory compliance (including CHAP standards).
• Hire, coach, and evaluate staff; lead orientation, in-services, and ongoing education/competency.
• Interpret operational indicators (census/volume) and advise on staffing, revenue/expense impacts, and budget planning.
• Partner with community stakeholders to support referrals and strong clinical reputation.
• Serve as acting ED in the ED’s absence.
