Continuum Care Hospice is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated RN Hospice Nurse to work with our team of professionals. Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated caseload of patients in their preferred environment.
- Expertly manage pain and symptoms using advanced palliative protocols.
- Educate families on the disease process and the dying process with honesty and grace.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (MD, LSW, Chaplain) to provide holistic care.
