About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking an experienced and driven RN Hospice Administrator to lead the daily operations of our hospice program. This role is responsible for ensuring high quality, compliant care while supporting and developing a strong clinical team.

Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience required
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and standards
• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive accountability
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
• Comfort working in a fast paced environment and handling multiple priorities
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership or operational experience in healthcare preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the hospice program
• Lead, support, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff
• Ensure delivery of care meets all federal, state, and regulatory standards
• Implement policies, procedures, and organizational directives
• Support staff education, training, and ongoing development
• Manage performance evaluations and team accountability
• Address and resolve concerns, complaints, and operational challenges
• Maintain accurate and compliant public and internal documentation
• Build strong communication across teams, leadership, and the community
