Requirements

• Associates degree in Nursing required.
• New Mexico RN License required.
• BLS Required at time of Hire
• Must have current valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Minimum 1 year in direct patient care setting or home healthcare preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensures the quality and safe delivery of home health services.
• Completes assessments that are timely, and appropriate of physical, mental, psychological/social (behavioral), functional, financial, treatment, resource, and spiritual needs of patients.
• The Shift Requirement for this role is two (2) shifts in a four (4) week block
