About The Position
The Registered Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed per physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager via physician orders. As a Careage Home Health nurse, you will be provided the necessary time to establish close relationships with patients to enhance their recovery period and help them achieve their desired quality of life.
